SALES POLICY
All sales are final. We maintain a strict 10 day period upon order delivery acceptance in which to discuss damages or exchange of product. Should a garment be damaged in any way or should you have any questions about your online purchase once you receive it, please contact us at sales{at}monoclothing.ca right away. If it is necessary to ship an item back to us, you must first receive a Return Authorization # so we can properly track all parcels. The cost of returning an item to mono is your responsibility. All exchanged or damaged goods must have all original tags attached accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number.
PAYMENT AND ORDERING
All prices Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes + shipping fees will be charged upon checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Customers can still pay with their credit cards if they do not have a PayPal account. Just choose the “don’t have a PayPal account” option during checkout.
